Mark Billingsley is Executive Director of the newly formed Alliance Foundation in Memphis with the mission of providing philanthropic support to mental health initiatives with Alliance
Healthcare Services. He has also served as Vice President for Advancement at Christian Brothers University, Foundation Director at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Executive Director of the
West Tennessee Home Builders Association, and Director of Development for United Cerebral Palsy of the Mid-South. Mark is a former Shelby County Commissioner and Board Chair.
Mark served Shelby County for 9 years. Mark has also served as Vice Mayor and Alderman of Germantown, TN, and has served as a volunteer Reserve Police Officer. Mark received his
bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and will graduate in August with a master’s degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville in “Leadership and Public Service.” Mark hopes
to return to the Shelby County Commission next year to address public safety, education, healthcare, and economic development challenges.
