February 12th, 2020. Georgia Bohannon will favor us with a speech about the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf.
Founded in 1959 by the late Mr. and Mrs. John Tayloe. The generosity of the Tayloe family coupled with the tireless efforts of Subsidium resulted in superb education for children afflicted with deafness. UT Medical Center has played an important role in enhancing treatment for deaf children by stressing early detection and early intervention, physical therapy and genetic counseling.
